How can we help?

01Getting started
Go from sign-up to your first WhatsApp reply.
- Create your accountSign up at repeatgrow.com with your email address (then confirm it), or click Continue with Google. If you use Google, we'll ask for your business name, mobile number, business type, and team size before you enter the app. Log in any time at repeatgrow.com/login.
- Connect your WhatsApp numberLink your WhatsApp Business number (see Connect WhatsApp), or ask us to do it for you.
- Bring in your contactsImport a CSV of your customers from Contacts.
- Invite your teamAdd teammates from Settings → Team members and start replying from the shared inbox.
Everything in the app is in the left sidebar: Dashboard, Inbox, Notifications, Contacts, Pipelines, Broadcasts, Automations, Flows, and Settings.
02Connect WhatsApp
Link a WhatsApp Business number from Meta to Repeat Grow.
You need a WhatsApp Business Account on Meta and a phone number that isn't active on the regular WhatsApp app. Then open Settings → WhatsApp.
- Enter your Meta detailsPaste your Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and access token from Meta Business Manager.
- SaveRepeat Grow checks the details and stores the token encrypted.
- Finish registrationIf the number shows Not registered, enter its 6-digit two-step verification PIN.
Number health: Settings → WhatsApp shows your number's quality rating, messaging limit (how many customers you can start chats with a day), whether it can send, and whether calling is allowed. It's checked daily; the owner gets an email and a warning shows in the app if quality drops.
03Shared inbox
One WhatsApp number, your whole team.
- Every WhatsApp chat for your number lands in Inbox, visible to your whole team.
- Assign a conversation to a teammate and set its status to open, pending, or closed.
- Add internal notes that customers never see.
- Send text, images, video, documents, voice notes, and approved templates.
- Type / in the message box to insert a saved reply. Admins add them in Settings → Saved replies; {{name}} fills in the customer's first name.
- The contact panel shows the customer's details, tags, and deals beside the chat.
- Voice-note AI: under a customer's voice note, click Transcribe & translate to see what they said, an English translation, a one-line summary and a suggested reply. Click Use this reply to put it in the message box. It works for Hindi, Hinglish and other Indian languages, and the transcript is kept in the chat.
- QR code & WhatsApp link: in Settings → QR & WhatsApp link, pick where people will see it (shop counter, flyer, packaging…), adjust the first message, and download a print-ready QR code. Customers scan it, tap send, and the chat arrives here.
- New-message alerts: click Turn on on the card at the bottom left to get a desktop alert and a chime when a customer writes, even in another tab. The tab title shows how many chats are unread. Mute the sound in Notifications.
- AI chat summary: click the sparkles icon at the top of a chat to see what the customer wants, the key points, their language and mood, and a suggested next step. Handy when you take over someone else's chat.
- Translate: hover a message and click the translate icon to read it in English. To reply in the customer's language, type your reply, click the translate icon next to the message box and pick a language (Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and more). Check the result, then send; Undo brings your original text back.
- WhatsApp calls: when a customer calls your WhatsApp number, a call card rings on every agent's screen. Click Answer to talk in the browser (allow the microphone the first time). Click the phone icon in a chat to call the customer; if they haven't allowed calls yet, you can send them a permission request. An admin turns calling on in Settings → WhatsApp.
- AI call notes: during a connected call, click the sparkles button on the call card. Tell the customer the call is being recorded. When the call ends, AI writes a summary, what the customer wants, to-dos and a follow-up, and saves them as a note on the contact. The recording is used once for the notes and not kept. Find every call and its notes later in Calls in the sidebar.
- The newest conversations load first. Scroll to the bottom and click Load older conversations for more; in a chat, click Load earlier messages at the top to see older history. Search and filters cover the conversations that are loaded.
04Contacts
Keep every customer and their history in one place.
- Contacts are created automatically when someone messages you.
- Customers who use a WhatsApp username and hide their number appear as @username (or “Phone hidden”). You can still chat with them as normal; their number fills in if they share it later.
- Import a CSV from Contacts. Duplicate phone numbers are merged, not duplicated.
- Click Export on the Contacts page to download every contact (with tags and custom fields) as a CSV.
- Organise contacts with tags and custom fields in Settings → Fields & tags.
- Each contact keeps its full conversation and deal history.
05Pipelines
Track deals from first message to closed.
Track deals on Kanban boards in Pipelines. Create a pipeline with your own stages, add deals with a value, and drag them between stages. Each deal links to its contact and conversation, so the chat history is one click away.
Amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) by default. Change your currency in Settings → Deals & currency.
06Message templates
Create WhatsApp templates in Repeat Grow and submit them to Meta for approval, with no need to open Meta Business Manager.
WhatsApp needs an approved template to message a customer who hasn't written to you in the last 24 hours, and for every broadcast. Manage all of yours in Settings → Templates.
- Start a new templateOpen Settings → Templates and create a template. Give it a name in lowercase with underscores (for example
order_update) and pick a language. - Choose a categoryMarketing for offers and promotions, Utility for order and account updates, or Authentication for one-time codes. Meta checks that the content matches the category.
- Write the messageAdd an optional header (text, image, video, or document), the body, and an optional footer. Use
{{1}},{{2}}for variables like the customer's name, and fill in a sample value for each so Meta can review it. - Add buttons (optional)Quick replies, a link to a website, a phone number to call, or a copy-code button for coupons and codes.
- Submit to MetaSubmit the template. Its status shows as pending, then changes to approved or rejected automatically. Approval usually takes minutes and at most 24 hours.
Carousels: choose Template type → Carousel to send a message followed by 2–10 swipeable cards, each with an image or video, a short line of text and up to two buttons (for example “Shop now”). Great for showing several products in one broadcast. Every card uses the same kind of media and the same buttons; carousels are Marketing templates.
- Already have templates in Meta? Click Sync from Meta to bring them into Repeat Grow.
- You can edit or delete a template from the same page. Deleting removes it from Meta too.
- Approved templates can be sent from the Inbox, in Broadcasts, in automations, and through the API.
07Orders & payments
Take orders and payments in the chat, share your catalog, and keep customers updated on delivery.
- Choose how customers payIn Settings → Orders & payments, pick WhatsApp Pay (customers pay by UPI, card or netbanking inside WhatsApp; set up a payment configuration with Razorpay, PayU, BillDesk or Zaakpay in WhatsApp Manager first) or UPI ID (we send your UPI ID with the order).
- Send an order from a chatClick the ₹ icon at the top of a conversation, add the items and prices, and click Send payment request. WhatsApp Pay orders are marked paid automatically; for UPI, click Mark paid when the money arrives.
- Update the orderChange the status to processing, shipped or delivered. The customer gets a message each time.
Add your Meta catalog ID to share your catalog or a product from the ₹ icon. Orders customers place from your catalog show up automatically.
08WhatsApp forms
Collect leads, booking requests or feedback in a form that opens inside WhatsApp.
- Build the formIn Settings → WhatsApp forms, click New form, add fields (text, email, phone, dropdown, date, consent…) and choose which answers to save to the contact's name, email or custom fields. Click Publish.
- Send it from a chatOpen a conversation and click the clipboard icon at the top. Works within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
- See the answersAnswers appear in the chat and on the form's Responses list, where you can download them as a CSV.
09Broadcasts
Send an approved template to many customers at once.
- Pick an approved templateOpen Broadcasts and choose the template to send.
- Choose recipientsSelect who gets it, for example everyone with a certain tag, and fill in any variables.
- Send now or scheduleSend right away, or choose Schedule for later and pick a date and time; it goes out automatically. Cancel a scheduled broadcast from its page.
- Track resultsSent, delivered, read, replied, and failed counts update live. The Broadcasts page shows your latest 25; click Load more for older ones.
10Automations & flows
Let Repeat Grow handle the repetitive work.
Automations run actions when something happens, such as a new inbound message, a customer's first message, a keyword match, or a tag being added. Actions include sending a message, tagging, waiting, branching on conditions, assigning the chat, and calling a webhook. Assign → Round-robin shares new chats fairly: it prefers teammates who are online, then whoever has the fewest open chats, and never takes a chat away from someone who already has it.
Flows (beta) is the visual builder for multi-step conversations like menus and lead-qualification questions.
11AI chatbot
Answer common questions instantly, day or night.
In Settings → AI chatbot, add your business knowledge (FAQs, policies, product details) and switch the chatbot on. It answers WhatsApp chats naturally from that knowledge and hands the chat to a human when the customer asks for one. If no teammate replies within two hours, it picks the chat back up.
12Shopify
Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and abandoned-cart reminders on WhatsApp automatically.
- Create your templatesIn Settings → Templates, create a template for each message you want, such as “Hi {{1}}, thanks for order {{2}} of {{3}}”. Use the Utility category for order updates and Marketing for abandoned-cart reminders, and wait for Meta to approve them.
- Connect your storeOpen Settings → Shopify. Either click Connect Shopify and approve Repeat Grow in Shopify, or choose Connect with webhooks: paste the signing key from Shopify's Settings → Notifications → Webhooks, then create the listed webhooks there with the URL Repeat Grow gives you.
- Choose your messagesFor each event (order placed, COD order placed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered, cancelled, abandoned cart), switch it on, pick the template, and choose what fills each {{1}}, {{2}}: customer name, order number, total, items, tracking link, and more. Use Send test to see the real message on your phone.
13Calendly
Confirm bookings and send reminders on WhatsApp so fewer people miss their meetings.
- Collect a phone numberCalendly doesn't ask for one by default. In each Calendly event type, add a booking question of type Phone number (for example “WhatsApp number”) or turn on text reminders.
- Connect CalendlyIn Calendly, open Integrations → API & Webhooks and generate a personal access token. Paste it in Settings → Calendly. Calendly webhooks need a paid Calendly plan.
- Choose your messagesCreate Utility templates in Settings → Templates, then pick one for each event: booking confirmed, rescheduled, cancelled, no-show, and reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before. Fill {{1}}, {{2}} with the invitee's name, meeting name, date, time, and meeting link, and use Send test to check it.
14Team members
Invite teammates by link and control what they can do.
Invite teammates from Settings → Team members. Each person gets one role:
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including transferring ownership. |
| Admin | Manage settings, members, templates, and API keys. |
| Agent | Work conversations, contacts, and deals. |
| Viewer | Read-only access. |
15Plans & free trial
Try everything free for 7 days, then pick the plan that fits.
- New accounts get a 7-day free trial with Growth features. The bar at the top shows the days left.
- When the trial ends your account becomes read-only: you can still see every chat and new messages still arrive, but sending is paused until you choose a plan.
- See your plan, usage, and limits in Settings → Plan & billing. Click Choose on a plan to message our team; we'll share payment details (UPI or bank transfer) and activate it as soon as it's paid.
- We email the account owner 2 days before the trial ends, on the last day, and when it ends. On a paid plan, we email 3 days before your paid-until date.
- WhatsApp conversation fees are billed by Meta directly, separately from your plan.
16Your data & privacy
Get a copy of your data or delete your account, any time.
- Go to Settings → Your data.
- Download my data saves a JSON file with your profile and sign-in details. Owners and admins also get the business's data: contacts, tags, chats and messages, deals, broadcasts, templates, automations, flows and integration settings. Passwords, access tokens and secret keys are never included.
- Delete my account asks you to type your email to confirm and sends a request to the Repeat Grow team. Nothing is deleted until we approve it, and we email you either way. You can cancel the request while it's waiting. A teammate's deletion removes only their login; anything they created stays with the business.
- If you own the business, deleting your account permanently deletes the business and all of its data, and disconnects WhatsApp, Shopify and Calendly. Remove your teammates or transfer ownership in Team members first. Download your data before you delete it. It can't be undone.
- Uninstall the Repeat Grow app from your Shopify admin too, if you connected it with one click.
?Frequently asked questions
Is Repeat Grow the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Repeat Grow connects directly to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), so your number stays compliant and isn't at risk from unofficial clients.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp app on my phone with the same number?
Yes, if you use the WhatsApp Business app. With coexistence, the same number works in both the Business app and Repeat Grow, and messages you send from the phone sync in. A personal WhatsApp number can't be connected this way. Contact us before moving a number you rely on today and we'll walk you through it.
Why didn't my message deliver?
WhatsApp only allows free-form text and media within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window, send an approved template instead.
Who pays Meta's messaging fees?
Meta bills its per-conversation fees directly to your WhatsApp Business Account. Your Repeat Grow plan covers the CRM.
Can I connect Repeat Grow to my own software?
Yes. Use the REST API and webhooks to send messages, sync contacts, and receive events. See the API reference.
